Information and Registration Form for Rosedale-Grandmont Little League

ROSEDALE GRANDMONT LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL

Kids from the Grandmont Rosedale neighborhoods play ball every spring in ROSEDALE-GRANDMONT LITTLE LEAGUE, an instructional/recreational league supported by all the neighborhood associations.  In fact, membership in the four sponsoring neighborhood associations (NRPCA, RPIA, GCA and GIA) is required for residents of those neighborhoods, who receive a $20 discount per registration fee.

Open to boys and girls ages 4-16, the league is an official Little League affiliate, and is an all-volunteer effort by parents of players.  All parents are expected to help in some way--managing, coaching, preparing fields, publicizing, organizing, fundraising, uniforms, concessions, picture day, etc.

The season runs from mid-April through late June; Opening Day is usually the last Saturday in April.  Games are played at local fields.  Registration usually is held on the first two Saturdays in February, from 9 AM till noon, at the North Rosedale Community House, 18445 Scarsdale.

The four divisions in Rosedale-Grandmont Little League are listed below:

T-Ball, for 4-6 year old girls and boys

Coach-pitch, for 6-8 year old boys and girls

Baseball for 8-16 year old boys and girls

Softball for 9 - 16 year old girls
